Masking the Dark Tooth with Direct Resin

The most comprehensive course that you will find in restorative dentistry
Hello Dental Online Trainers,
I’m thrilled to announce the launch of our course – “Masking the Dark Tooth with Direct Composite.” Blocking out the dark tooth in a conservative technique is perhaps one of the most challenging techniques in restorative dentistry. Outside of preparing the tooth for a full coverage crown and using either a metal-based porcelain restoration, or an opaque zirconia material, there are few conservative treatment options. My go to method, especially when I’m treating the juvenile or adolescent patient, is to use direct composite to block out the dark tooth structure.

Watch the first few modules of the course...
This course is the most comprehensive course that you will find in restorative dentistry; not only do I review the current materials available in direct resin dentistry, I go through preparation requirements, the step-by-step process of using Pink Opaquer, Hybrid composites, Nano composites, Vita shade based opaquers, tints and Microfills…all the things necessary to create a restoration that blends with the natural dentition. I review the proper contouring and shaping techniques and then review the finishing and polishing procedures. With over 50 video modules between the lecture and hands-on, this course will be transformative for your practice.
