Conservative Tooth Replacement in the Esthetic Zone Workshop
Course Overview
It is widely accepted that minimally invasive dentistry is critical for the long-term health of our patients’ dentitions. For patients missing anterior teeth, dental implants may not be a viable option due to a variety of factors, including the patient’s age, their medical condition, or financial limitations related to more costly surgical procedures.
During the workshop, participants will create a direct resin bonded bridge (DRBB) for a missing lateral incisor, while the second exercise will be to prepare and cement a zirconia bonded bridge (IRBB) for the other missing lateral incisor.
Practice all the steps from your home or dental office using the same materials as Dr. Dennis Hartlieb.

Top Three Challenges Dentists Face with Conservative Tooth Replacements
—
1
Achieving Long-Lasting Bond Strength
Ensuring reliable adhesion of restorations to enamel or dentin can be difficult due to factors like tooth structure variability, moisture control, and the adhesive material used.
2
Precision in Marginal Fit and Contouring
Creating restorations with precise margins and contours that mimic the natural anatomy can be time-consuming and technically demanding.
3
Balancing Aesthetics and Functionality
Restoring the tooth in a way that looks natural while also withstanding occlusal forces requires a careful balance between esthetics and durability.
Meet your patient's needs with seamless and conservative tooth replacement solutions.

Dental Online Training has truly made me a better dentist and significantly upped my game. I’m also much more confident with treatment planning now. In some courses, there are so many people that you feel like just a tiny person in a big room, and you don’t always get your questions answered. But that’s not the case with DOT.

Most clinicians retain only a portion of what they learn from a single event. We believe repetition and support over time are what build true clinical confidence.
