I have noticed in my years of teaching hands-on workshops to dentists (and dental students) that there is a large discrepancy in the learning rates of the participants.
Like any other bell curve, some of the dentists/students understand the concepts well and are ready to move on very quickly to the next step in the hands-on procedures. Unfortunately, these participants need to wait for the instructor to move ahead to the next step and are often bored while waiting for the rest of the class to catch up.
Then there are some dentists who are new to the concepts and find it challenging to keep up with the instruction. These students often rush through the techniques, just trying to keep up and don't have the time to process the information and techniques that are presented.
So I created Dental Online Training to allow dentists, dental assistants and dental students to learn hands-on techniques at their pace.
